Adult Mental Health Program

Explore compassionate, evidence-based support for mental health and emotional well-being across all ages.

What to Expect

Confidential mental health services for adults experiencing emotional problems, high stress, and/or difficulty coping. Our team comprises a registered Clinical Psychologist and a registered Social Worker. Services are covered by OHIP and may include:

  • Psychological and diagnostic assessments
  • Short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy
  • Access to online workshops and skills training
  • Support in connecting to external community agencies and services
  • Collaborative care planning with your primary care physician

Eligible patients must be rostered with the Greenbelt Family Health Team and lack access to private insurance. Referrals are made through your primary care physician.
